Damaibushi Martial Arts – Okinawa Shorin Ryu Matsumura Kenpo

Fred Ettish is offering classes in Okinawa Shorin Ryu Matsumura Kenpo Karate. This will be a traditional class. Beginners can start in MMA gear but will be required to purchase a gi within the first year.

The emphasis is not on sport karate, and it is not a MMA class. This is a martial art that is very complex and involved, and by design must be learned slowly over a long period. It is an art that can and should be practiced for life.

Classes will be at the DFMAC facility on Saturdays from 8:30 – 10:30am and continue Wednesdays from 7:15 – 9:00pm.
